These terms govern use of insurancelicensed.com, operated by Quantum AI Financial & Insurance Agency, a California corporation (CDI agency license #6001154). insurancelicensed.com is the website address of the school; the school is Quantum AI Financial & Insurance Agency.
1. Personal account. Your account is for you alone. Sharing a login, letting another person answer review, identity or examination questions, or using automation to accumulate study time is prohibited and will void your progress and any certificate.
2. Course credit. Completion of the course does not guarantee that you will pass the state licensing examination or be issued a license. Licensing decisions are made only by the California Department of Insurance.
3. Regulatory status. No course is offered for credit until the California Department of Insurance has certified the provider and approved the course. Approval numbers are displayed only after they are issued.
4. Academic integrity. Final examinations, question banks and answer keys are confidential and are never returned to students.
5. Refunds. Refunds follow the Refund Policy shown before enrollment.
6. Records. We keep the records required by law for five years.
