Quantum AI Financial & Insurance Agency ("we") operates the website insurancelicensed.com.
What we collect. To enroll you and to meet California Department of Insurance record and roster requirements (10 CCR §§ 2188.4, 2188.8), we collect your legal name, date of birth, residence address, telephone number, email address, complete Social Security number, any California insurance license number, the answers to your identity questions (stored only as one-way hashes), and records of your study sessions, review answers, examination attempts, affidavit and certificate.
How we use it. We use this information only to provide the course, verify your identity, keep the attendance records the law requires, issue your certificate of completion, and report your completion to the California Department of Insurance.
Who we share it with. We share your information only with the California Department of Insurance (rosters, audits and inquiries) and with service providers who process it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations (hosting, email delivery, payment processing). We do not sell or rent personal information.
Security. All pages are served over HTTPS (TLS encryption in transit). Social Security numbers are encrypted at rest and shown only masked. Access is restricted to authorized staff and logged.
Retention. Provider records are kept for five (5) years as required by 10 CCR § 2188.4(e). Because of this legal requirement, records of a completed or attempted course cannot be deleted on request during the retention period.
Your choices. You may ask to see or correct your information by emailing [email protected]. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act to the extent it applies.
