Enrollment opens only after the California Department of Insurance certifies the provider and approves the course. Until then, no course is offered and no payment is accepted.

Refund policy summary
- Cancel within 7 calendar days of enrollment for a 100% tuition refund, unless you have already completed the course or received a certificate.
- After 7 days and before completion: a 50% refund if you have completed less than 50% of the course hours; no refund at 50% or more.
- No refund after completion or after a certificate is issued.
- 100% refund if the provider cancels the course or cannot deliver it for reasons within its control.
