以下政策以英文原文为准。
1. Full refund within 7 days, before substantial use. A student receives a 100% refund of tuition if the student requests it within 7 calendar days of enrollment and has less than one hour of recorded course time, has not started the final examination, and has not received a certificate of completion.
2. No refund otherwise. Except as stated in item 4, no refund is available after 7 calendar days, after one hour of recorded course time, after the final examination has been started, or after a certificate of completion has been issued.
3. Enrollment period. Each enrollment gives 60 calendar days of course access. Enrollments that expire before completion are not refunded or extended; to continue, the student must enroll again.
4. Course not available. If the provider cancels the course, or cannot deliver it for reasons within the provider's control, the student receives a 100% refund.
5. How to request a refund. Students request a refund by email to [email protected]. Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 30 calendar days of the request.
6. Records. All tuition collected and refunded is recorded in an audit trail (bank statements, ledgers, receipts) under 10 CCR § 2188.4(f). Provider records are kept for five years under 10 CCR § 2188.4(e).
